We partner up with Registered Maine Guide Jim Hunt, from Hunt’s End Camps in Southern Aroostook County for our Bear Hunts. This area is well known for its large number and quality of Bears, with bears well over 200lbs quite common. The hunt includes:
- 7 nights lodging at our camps on Russell Lake in Linneus Maine
- Transportation to and from well maintained and active bait sites
- Retrieval of game
- Help with making arrangements to prepare the meat for the return trip
Capping and skinning of your trophy
Because we want to do our part to keep the quality and population of these great animals for the future generations, we do not allow the shooting of cubs or sows with cubs. We have many sites and will only put hunters on the most active sites which we watch with trail cameras. These sites are baited 1 month prior to the season and we only hunt them the first 2 weeks of the season to ensure you with the best opportunity of seeing bears.
